Your tasks:

You will build upon our existing marketing team with professionalism and empathy. Ideally, you have management experience from a startup or scaleup environment, and you know what is important in the further development and expansion of inhouse excellence and external contributors
You will develop a datadriven marketing strategy and actively shape the operational and strategic orientation of the company
Together with our leadership team you will build a platform that drives traction to deliver the best possible Mika brand experience
You believe in datadriven omnichannel marketing, identify and monitor mission critical KPIs
You are responsible for planning and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring that our brand message is communicated strongly and consistently across all channels and marketing activities
You are responsible for budget, KPIs and reporting for all marketing activities

Your profile:

You have experience and a track record of success targeting and converting consumers (ideally patients) into digital ecosystems
You have a university degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
You have relevant, longstanding experience in digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare sector, and have already gained experience in scaling companies and digital business models.
You bring along reliable judgment, a high level of persuasiveness and a visionary personality
You speak fluent English and can communicate effectively with teams from around the world
Ideally you are based in Berlin or want to live in Berlin or the EU in the medium term.

As current or eventual patients, our mental and physical health plays a crucial role in our immune system's ability to defeat disease and utilize the latest immunotherapies to their fullest extent.

Mika has developed evidence-based neurobehavioral techniques that are digitally delivered to patients on their smartphone. We architect around an intended therapeutic benefit to lower oncology specific distress such as depression, anxiety and fatigue. We are in pre-clinical discovery to positively modulate the immune system to make cancer drugs more effective.

We have invested our capital and time in the design and clinical validation of Mika to be Life Science quality in its clinical claims and safety, following a pharmaceutical drug development pathway.

Now we are ready to scale our 1st generation "Oncology based distress" product globally while also advancing our groundbreaking research in the clinical development of our 2nd generation product that positively alters the immune system itself.
