You will be part of the People&Culture Team and will help to establish a great employee experience by supporting the People & Culture Team in different areas of Admin&Operations and other similar areasTasks
- Support the team with the administrative tasks needed to keep all the physical and digital documentation on track (mailing, scanning, filling )
- Managing the maintenance of our colleagues ́ documents as well as taking care of our colleague's database on Personio
- Assisting with People & Culturerelated reports
- Gathering payroll data and becoming the owner of the payroll process
- The main contributor to the development of our People & Culture wiki on Confluence
- Guarantee together with the whole People&Culture Team that our new colleagues will have a smooth and engaging start on their mula. journey by assisting in the preparation of the onboarding process
- Show ownership and drive your own projects on payroll, administration, operations, and other areas of People&Culture
Requirements:
- You are currently a Bachelor/Master student in the field of Business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent with a focus and passion for peoplerelated topics
- You have a customer service mindset
- You lead with care and empathy, are an active team player, and, are always focused on solution
- You have some work experience supporting diverse nationalities or communities
- You are able to come to our Berlin office location for at least 4x week
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
