We are looking for a member of our Tech-Team and our SaaS Event platfrom "hubs101 at the next possible date:

Product Owner (M/F/d)**Your Tasks
As a Product Owner, your main focus is to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment among stakeholders to advance the project


Your main tasks include:

  • Driving product initiatives and ensuring alignment among stakeholders to advance the project.
  • Participating in weekly Scrum meetings and coordinating with development teams to address key issues at the appropriate time.
  • Managing the backlog of prioritized features and bugs.
  • Gathering customer feedback to support the product prioritization process.
  • Breaking down product features into smaller epics and stories to enable continuous delivery in an agile environment.
  • Managing the release process and assessing the impact of new features and updates on customers.
  • Maintaining comprehensive product documentation from conception to release.
  • Communicating and training staff on new product updates.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the product and software development process of our digital event platform hubs101 and related CRM and automation systems.
Your Profile

  • Project experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager and/or Product Owner and have consistently delivered projects on time and successfully.
  • Excellent written communication: You possess strong written communication skills and can effectively capture and document details and nuances.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You are adept at dealing with stakeholders from different teams within the organization and foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Technical understanding: You have a solid understanding of agile software development and can work closely with developers to efficiently address customer needs while also developing features, fixing bugs, and reducing technical debt.
  • Balanced perspective: You can strike a balance between business requirements, customer desires, and technical feasibility to achieve successful product solutions.
