Responsibilities:

With functional department managers, conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Design, develop, deliver and coordinate training programs and materials (outsourced and/or inhouse)
Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
Ensure accurate and compliant training/competence records are maintained
Assess effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Partner with internal stakeholders, including Human Resources and Skill Management to align with overall organisational strategy and requirements regarding capability development and training provision
Use known education principles and stay uptodate on new training methods and techniques
Global alignment with other Development Centres on skill management and related training

Your qualification

Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent professional qualification
Academic qualification in Personnel Practice, or Training, such as CIPD Certificate preferred Experience:
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role, ideally in connection with research and development
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Handson experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Experience within a manufacturing or research and development environment involving training activities (preferred)
Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation Fluency in both German and English. written and verbal
