Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Junior Data Architect (d/f/m)
We maintain ground systems as part of manned space missions (ISS - Columbus, ESA ORION project)

Our tasks are:

Error investigation
System analysis
Change analysis
Delivery of ground software
Support for functional verification
Design and specification of new ground systems

Your tasks and responsibilities

Working in a team
Planning and assessment of data architectures in the ground segment
Planning and assessment of data streams in the ground segment
Problem analysis and troubleshooting on systemlevel
Selection of required hardware and software components
Maintenance of mission databases
Interface to customers
Support proposal activities

Desired skills and qualifications

Database systems Postgres / ORACLE
Experience in SW projects
Experiences in system design and data architecture
German/English spoken and written

- general programming knowledge

Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
Linux
Programming knowledge C, Java, Shell
Experiences with functional verification

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
