- Experience in the leadership and development of employees

- Independent and reliable work and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and assertiveness
- Cleanroom experience is an advantage
- German language skills in spoken and written
- Experience with an enterprise resource planning system and MS Office
