Once you have finally completed your studies, an internship is not possible. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights
Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the areas of Cleaning, Cosmetics, Actives and Base Ingredients portfolio
Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in the development of presentations and reports to communicate strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure successful project execution
Support the development of project plans and timelines, track progress against key milestones
Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Strategy team
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy is a plus- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about business strategy and wants to gain hands-on experience in the development of innovative strategies.
