    Enapi challenges the status quo in EV Charging Software Infrastructure. We are on a mission to commoditize connectivity in the industry and, thus, fuel the green mobility revolution. We raised funding from leading investors including Project A Ventures and Seedcamp.

    Tasks


    We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on questioning the status quo and is unafraid to challenge the mindset of "this is how we've always done it." The perfect candidate revels in navigating complex environments and is passionate about contributing innovative design ideas. We seek a leader to spearhead our front-end development efforts, someone who becomes indispensable through their profound understanding of our front-end architecture and actively shapes the future of Enapi. You are comfortable with , Tailwind, Vercel, & AWS, but also possess a comprehensive understanding of how our backend operates, ready to take on the entire product if necessary. We offer substantial responsibility, significant influence on product decisions, and the opportunity to build a team of talented, agile engineers gradually. A t-shaped professional who combines deep expertise in frontend development with the versatility to navigate other technical landscapes. The ideal candidate is not just a specialist in their field but also an explorer at heart, eager to extend their skills beyond their comfort zone, tackle new challenges head-on, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our product from multiple perspectives.

    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Lead Enapi's front-end development
    • Research, define, scope, and execute key product features
    • Enable EV charging companies to leverage data and enable best possible charging experiences
    • Mentor team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives

    Motivation:

    • Strong motivation to work in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment needed
    • We are tackling the status quo in a big industry. The passion to build the solution and to solve the problem is a prerequisite.
    • Strong drive to work in a dynamic, talented, remote-first team with low hierarchies and rapid iterations.

    Experience:

    • Experience in a similar job (eg. frontend), industry (eg. energy infra), stage of growth journey (eg. pre-seed to series A), and successful companies (eg. unicorn) is a plus
    • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
