What you'll do:


  • As leader, expert and coach, you will build, develop and advance our Partnership and SEO team in Frankfurt
  • You will manage multimillion annual marketing budget for our comparison websites
  • You will implement agile and intelligent SEA, SEO, and affiliate strategies
  • You will cooperate closely with our local market teams as well as other global marketing teams to develop, test, and implement your strategies
  • You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas including setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance
  • You will mentor your team while growing each member professionally

What you'll bring us:


  • You have strong paid media expertise (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram)
  • You have completed a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • You have experience in performance marketing
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative marketing approaches as well as their implementation and further development.
  • You have an outstanding business sense
  • You are a team player and have great stakeholder management
  • You are solutionoriented and talk numbers
  • You are strategic and willing to drive changes with long term vision
  • You are a datadriven person, able to analyze data and derive relevant insights
  • You like to take ownership and can drive new projects independently
  • You are fascinated by quickly scalable business models and a continuously changing work environment
  • You are a selfstarter and can work independently
