Who you are:

Excellent command of the English language
Strong academic background in Law, with a degree from a reputable institution and admission to practice law in their jurisdiction
Good understanding of German and European Law
A keen understanding of commercial law, particularly as it pertains to legal transactions, partnerships, projects, and general risk and compliance
Experience and knowledge of HR legal matters, shareholders agreements, and fundraising
Selfstarter with a high level of ownership and independence, able to take initiative and drive projects to completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working with tech companies or multinational companies

What you'll do:

Draft, negotiate and conclude commercial agreements, intracompany and nondisclosure agreements among other legal contracts with global external and internal stakeholders.
Provide legal advice and support to our business on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on on contract law and data protection law
Cooperate with and manage external partners to solve various legal and compliance challenges.
Diligently ensure compliance and independently prioritize, organize, and manage legal projects, as well as daytoday legal matters in various fields.
Actively monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
