The Faculty of Mathematics has the following job opening:

Your Tasks

- research in asymptotic group theory (65 %)
- teaching to the extent of 4 hours per week (25 %)
- contribution to academic self-administration and the general university administration (10 %)

Your Profile

We expect
- scientific university degree in mathematics

German language skills that are sufficient to teach courses in German or the willingness to acquire such skills

- good englisch language skills(oral and written)
- independent, self-reliant and committed work attitude
- cooperative and team-oriented work ethic

Preferred experience and skills

- research experience in the area of asymptotic group theory
- experience in teaching
