About the role:


TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.


Working closely with the sales, product management and engineering teams, the emphasis will be placed on developing key relationships across the customer landscape.

Engaging with customer engineering in order to increase knowledge and understanding of future market trends and technologies is key to this role.


Job overview:


  • Map vehicle architectures for major upcoming platforms in collaboration with OEM and Tier1 sales teams

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in (Industrial) Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive business, preferably at Tier1 with focus on e.g. headlamps, steering system or seats
  • Ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
  • Ability to create internal and external networks over all hierarchy levels
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to execute on priorities
  • Skilled at strategy formulation and development
  • Ability to understand the big picture, uncover customer needs and translate into selling opportunities
  • Passion to create a solution for the customer and win new business
  • Inspirational mentality
