Was wirst du tun:
- Customer complaint management
- Processing the complaints
- Facilitating the investigation with support from Technical and Operations team
- Documenting investigation results in 8D format
- Entry of follow up actions in the Corrective Action system
- Maintain the performance metrics for complaints Internal audit program
- Management of audit schedule
- Communication of audit schedule and assurance that audits are completed on time
- Ensure proper documentation of audits is maintained
- Document Control Management
- Responsible for all Quality related controlled documents, i.e. Quality Manual, Procedures, etc.
- Revise documents as needed based on root cause investigations or changes to processes
- Supplier Performance Management
- Coordination of annual supplier performance evaluations, including planning for onsite supplier audits
- Collaboration with the Contract Manufacturing Manager to complete all SCARs that have been issued based on customer complaints
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting
- Collection and reporting of monthly KPI performance to leadership
- Plan closing meeting to be attended by leadership
- Coordinate all functions and their required participation to collect and report data
- Document the input from all functions in a single Management Review file
- Plan and facilitate the Management Review meeting with all leaders
- Participate in monthly reviews with the Global Quality Leader

- Ideally completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or comparable
- Previous knowledge and experience of the ISO9001:2015 quality standard is preferred
