    Administrative support (m/f/d) in the IT department

    With over 140 plants in 26 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through over seventy years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialisation and sequenced delivery.

    We are working hard on spearheading the transformation that the automotive industry is currently experiencing with regard to vehicle interiors by collaborating with our customers. We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.

    Mission:

    The aim of this position is to support the IT-Department in purchasing and contract management, cost control, budget monitoring and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the purchase of IT hardware, software and services.
  • Processing orders and monitoring deliveries and inventories as well as negotiating with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal conditions.
  • Maintenance and management of IT contracts, including licence agreements and maintenance agreements.
  • Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and conditions.
  • Liaising with the legal department to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Support in planning and controlling the IT budget. Preparing and analysing expenditure reports and identifying potential cost savings.
  • Monitoring and documentation of cost developments and budget deviations.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and reports for the IT department.
  • Preparing presentations and decision papers for management.
  • Support in the organisation and implementation of IT projects.
  • What we are looking for:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the administrative area, ideally in the IT or automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, contract management and cost control.
  • IT knowledge and confident handling of IT systems are an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as high accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Business fluent in German and English. Spanish is an advantage.
