Your Job

Leading coordination, collation and production of strategic PowerPoint materials for senior leadership
Supporting or leading smallscale projects as requested
Assisting senior team members in project coordination activities including formalizing agreed actions and key decisions
Supporting on project status updates including milestones, financials, risks and issues

Supporting in workshop organisations

Your Profile

You are a university student of Business Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent, before or during a bachelor or master degree study or equivalent
You are passionate about engaging people, learning & development, and information technologies
You have motivation to experience roles such as project management, product management and consulting
Knowledge on IT & Tech in general, and experience tools such as in PowerPoint, Excel and optionally Azure DevOps
Ideally English on a high proficiency level, optionally German
Fulltime availability for the first 2 months which can be reduced to 16 or 20 hours per week after that, based on your availability
Available for at least 6 months starting 1st July, longer availability would be preferred

Students of countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
