- Drive PCT utilization strategies in healthcare settings to enhance patient outcomes and health economics
- Grow clinical demand for PCT through engagement, education, and training of clinical and laboratory customers
- Foster relationships with IVD laboratory equipment providers
- Identify and develop healthcare settings within your region
- Establish relationships with key customers in Laboratory Leadership and Clinical Leads
- Collaborate with License Partners to coordinate activities
- Obtain agreement from hospital stakeholders to broaden test utilization
- Offer education programs and presentations
- Work closely with internal teams to provide clinical insights for message development
- Represent the company at various events and meetings
- Be accountable for achieving growth targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate business data in SFDC
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field; PhD preferred
- 3+ years of Healthcare experience
- Experience in diagnostic lab settings or customer development
- Strong background in Health Economics
- Proven track record in healthcare environment
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Proficiency in customer segmentation and account mapping
- Competency in engaging decision makers from various healthcare settings
- Experience in training and development assessment
- Proficiency in customer training
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in SFDC CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel frequently
