Tasks
- Deriving customer needs from user feedback
- Breaking needs into user stories and requirements
- Aligning product roadmap with OKRs
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Evaluating progress at each stage of development
- Organizing and moderating daily standups
Requirements:
- Background in Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in coding
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management of agile SaaS products
- Handson experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Gitlab (CI/CD pipelines), ideally also Python, Typescript/NodeJS and Database technologies such as Postgres and Elasticsearch
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities and unconditional will to succeed
- Diligent and prescient personality, selfdriven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
- Fluent in English, ideally also German
