As a
Driver Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Via's driver recruitment operations in Germany.

You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to achieve hiring targets, maintain high driver satisfaction and retention, and ultimately enhance the overall customer experience for riders across Germany.


What You'll Do:


  • Take responsibility and ownership of Via's driver recruitment for the entire DACH market
  • Work closely with our central supply planning teams to manage and coordinate hiring targets for each one of our services
  • Manage staffing agencies towards hiring targets and funnel progress and hold them accountable to meet ambitions goals
  • Own internal reporting of funnel progress and diligently manage stakeholders to ensure process efficiency and high conversion
  • Coordinate onsite appointments with local field teams and oversee scheduling of driver onboarding and training
  • Take responsibility for driver base data and ensure new hires meet our high compliance standards
  • Diligently work with a broad interdisciplinary team to help scale operational processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid growth

Who You Are:


  • Minimum of 14 years of experiences (including internships)
  • Entrepreneurial attitude you like to work independently and assume responsibility
  • At least C1 level in German and advanced level of English
  • A savvy and tactful communicator, you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people at all levels and from a wide range of backgrounds
  • A true team player, you enjoy working in an energetic team environment
  • Experience recruiting highvolume roles or at highgrowth companies is a plus
