As the Senior Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of our international operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze financial data, and provide key insights to support informed decision-making. This is an opportunity to lead and shape the financial future of a dynamic, global organization.

Tasks

Provide global financial leadership in close cooperation with management.
Lead our strategic business controlling department with 1 direct report, reporting to the CEO with a functional link to the CFO.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage international budgets, forecasts, and longterm financial plans.
Responsible for the controlling of our sales, all costs and the projects with forecasting and deviation analysis.
Provide analysis for innovation, new developments, and international company projects.
Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with international operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in international financial management or business control
CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of international accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, multicultural environment.
Fluent in English.
