• The technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities, and ensuring that equipment is functioning within specified tolerances and accuracy standards.
• The Calibration & Repair Technician will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of all equipment calibration and repair activities, as well as tracking the status of equipment undergoing maintenance or repair.

• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and calibration of all measurement and testing equipment in accordance with industry standards, equipment specifications, and company procedures.
• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions or inaccuracies, and develop and implement appropriate repair or maintenance strategies.
• Repair, replace, or adjust equipment components as needed, and ensure that equipment is functioning within specified tolerances and accuracy standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all equipment calibration and repair activities, including inspection reports, calibration certificates, and repair documentation.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, and track the status of equipment undergoing maintenance or repair.
• Keep uptodate with the latest technologies and industry standards related to equipment calibration and repair, and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems or processes.

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred.
• At least 35 years of experience in equipment calibration and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment calibration procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions, and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in the use of test equipment and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track the status of equipment undergoing maintenance or repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and management staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
