We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join the team, with the opportunity to progress and a long-term career path set out for you.


Your Role:


  • Creating documentation for approvals
  • Assisting in the preparation of regulatory documents
  • Collaborating with various development teams
  • Participating in the planning, organization, and coordination of product approvals
  • Adapting technical documentation to evolving conditions
  • Coordinating and evaluating product tests in collaboration with laboratories
  • Developing risk analyses and maintaining risk management files

Your Skills:


  • Scientific, technical, pharmaceutical, medical studies, or equivalent qualification
  • Proactive and reliable with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with a strong team orientation
  • Desirable experience in medical technology, regulatory affairs, and compliance with standards/laws
