Job Purpose

A Business Development & Relationship Manager is responsible for helping organizations to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They will have the skills needed to build long-standing and successful relationships with clients, government authorities and regulatory.

They'll also need a clear, decisive way of communicating so that they can adapt solutions for different needs on behalf of their clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Acting as a business development associate to get the project in place by following certain levels of approvals & budgets.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of business plans, budget preparation, customer requirements, and market.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Effective Communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsible for profit and loss and ROI.
  • Responsible for relationship and coordinating with municipalities, Legal and Regulatory Authorities and customers.
  • Responsible for getting the ROW permits and coordinating the immigration process of hiring German and non-German nationals.
  • Liaison with the Business Unit team to increase commercial awareness.
  • Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
Key Deliverables


  • Daily progress monitoring throughout the project life cycle
  • ROW permits and Immigration of foreign nationals as per requirement of projects.
  • On time site acquisition for smooth implementation.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship.
  • Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures.
  • Solving and co-ordination all relationship issues with German and Austrian authorities, local people and law enforcing authorities.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required:

Preferred:

  • 1. MBA (Business Development, Sales) 1. Telecom, Civil Construction Managements, IT or businessrelated disciplines.
Mandatory Skills/ Certification

  • 2. Experienced in client visits, presentations, and government authorities. 3. Familiar with Business proposals and Business cases 4. Effective Communication and negotiation skills 5. Knowledge, understanding and handson experience in the following domains: Fluent in Germen language (Read and write), Power point presentation, excel based business analysis and business cases. 6. Good understanding of Compliance with legal and regulatory framework 7. A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasmBehavioral Competency

Required Experience:
Minimum years design and development experience in Fibre Optics domain

Proven experience in a managerial position for the entire life cycle of end-to-end project management.

German Nationality is mandatory.

Should be working in EU region or willing to work in Germany.

Should hold authorization to work in European region especially in Germany.
