As a valued member of the Experience Flock at meshcloud, your primary responsibility will be to craft an exceptional user experience that captivates and delights our customers across our range of digital products, with a specific focus on Cloud Foundation Teams.

With a customer base exceeding 10,000 users spanning various industries, we have been dedicated to enhancing our product by introducing new functionalities that facilitate seamless cloud adoption for organizations.

In the next phase of our product company journey, we are committed to investing in the refinement and creation of intuitive workflows that effdortlessly guide users towards achieving their goals.

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that our products effectively address the needs of our users while aligning with our business objectives.

You will build and shape the experience team further and will work closely with our talented engineers and product managers, fostering collaborative decision-making throughout the entire product development cycle.

Additionally, you will have direct opportunities to engage with users, further enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers and engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs while considering technical constraints.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continually improve the user experience.
  • Advocate for usercentered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a strong focus on usability and performance in all design solutions.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive and highfidelity prototypes

  • Formal or informal design experience outside of a classroom.
  • Interest in and/or experience working with building and extending a product design system
  • Understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Interest in and/or experience in iterating design with data & research input, as well as feedback from users and peers.

Nice-to-haves:

- roficiency in user research methodologies, including user interviews.

  • Proven experience working on digital SaaS product design as a UX designer
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Figma
