As the first-dedicated User Experience Researcher (UXR) for the Design organization, you will be the liaison on user insights in customer teams, customer success, sales, product management, engineering and the design team.

You'll shape, run, and manage user experience research, user-tests and focus groups, and establish the standard for using user research to build a consistent and engaging product platform experience.


This is a key role in developing and integrating the discipline of UX research into product quality, vision and strategy with the actions following it.

You can have a significant personal impact on the usability and desirability of the products we're building, as well as their impact on users within our customer teams and our business.

As a very people-centric company, we want you to be the person who loves being the user experience research and service design champion.

As a hands-on expert in all aspects of applied user experience research, service design, usability-testing, shaping company-wide user-experience KPIs to make the user experience be usable and desirable.

  • Opportunity to work hands on defining Smartly user experience research offering, process, continuous delivery and improvement with colleagues in software QA, customer success and sales to make desirability with usability a key metric.
  • Chance to work closely on user research with our customers and codevelop experiences in close collaboration with the leading advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.

Here's what you'll do
:


  • You will work closely with the design leadership team where you will be shaping the product vision, quality and participating in strategic and operational product decisionmaking that affects the overall user experience.
  • You will mentor product designers during discovery, ideation and after releases on all aspects of usability, desirability and continuous improvement helping them overcome challenges, and keeping them aware and aligned with the end to end customer journey. Don't worry if this feels daunting you will be growing rapidly and be supported by the design leadership team to ensure your success.

  • You will work across departments with design leadership and teams from product management, engineering, customer success and product marketing to improve our processes, focusing on how user research transforms design intent into design decisions.

User-centered and Agile practices. You can understand user-centered design practices and how to embed them into an agile workflow to produce timely findings. You can work in an open, iterative and collaborative way in a multidisciplinary team.
