PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION- This role will assist the designers to create the market right products for the adidas brand as part of an international design team in cooperation with marketing and development and support the digital transformation.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support and execute the design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.


  • Develop creative solutions and concepts within the assigned category or specialty area or project with digital in the lead. Present the designs digitally in context to the category direction_._
  • Support the achievement of the digital targets, by assisting the designers in the creation of Digital assets as needed and feeding back opportunities to drive efficiency, quality improvements to the relevant PO
  • Clearly present product ideas and details during team meetings and range reviews aligned with content direction from marketing
  • Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing, and development (within x
- functional team) for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products

  • Implement the creative vision in a product range for the category.
  • Self-Manage own creative process and execute towards given design languages within a small category.

  • Ensure proper handover of 3D images / digital design pack into development. Main duty is to submit all relevant information needed for the development process to start.
  • Visualize ideas for products and ranges in 3D with a high degree of expertise

  • Experience in working with creative design teams (Apparel or Footwear)
  • Strong knowledge of fashion design/industrial product or industrial design
  • Good knowledge of product development, material, and trims for assigned product range
  • High understanding of pattern knowledge
  • Passion for Design and high level of creativity
  • Contribute to a team culture in which corporate values are lived daily supporting the creation of a highly motivated and diverse team with a cando attitude
  • Expert knowledge in 3D design tools and technology across either Footwear or Apparel

  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in footwear, or fashion design or related field or a combination or relevant experience and education
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as 3D Designer Footwear or Apparel focusing on 3D Design and the Digital Transformation in Product Creation within Apparel or Footwear industries
