Truck Connectivity is responsible for the development and operation of innovative digital services for ICE and ZEV Trucks.

We work in cross-functional global teams for our brands Freightliner, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Western Star, Mitsubishi Fuso, Evobus and many more.

Our vision is to create the future Connectivity Experience for Daimler Trucks by providing a highly scalable, reliable and secure connectivity platform.

Connectivity plays a central role within Daimler Trucks.

Many innovative services like MB Uptime, Detroit Connect or Autonomous Driving build upon connectivity and rely on data from the trucks and buses.

We work with latest cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), organize ourselves in DevSecOps teams and use agile practices. We as a team value collaboration, openness, our users, good coding practices, and we do get things done.

Who we are looking for:

As Lead Architect you are responsible for the enhancements and strategic target picture of IT architecture of digital services for Mercedes Benz Trucks.

You define relevant guidelines and principles together with the DevOps-teams.
