You will be working on a campaign for a German multinational technology conglomerate.

They are the largest industrial manufacturing company in Europe, and hold the position of global market leader in industrial automation and industrial software.

Our client has offices in Munich, Berlin, Erlangen, and Frankfurt, with the headquarters based in Munich.

The role

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential inbound leads
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Experience in demand development or a related role.
• Customer service and sales experience are highly desirable.
• German and Turkish speaker
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with software products and solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on surpassing targets.
• Previous experience of a CRM
