Commercial Lead - Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland - Universal Construction

Beschreibung

• Ensure full compliance with contract obligations and provide advice and monitoring to construction team
• Identifying potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to management.
• Procurement and contract support, in conjunction with the Procurement Department
• Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations to final account.
• Managing and forecasting turnover and cash flow of the projects
• Commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
• Providing Data and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management.
• Supporting, and providing coaching to commercial team members in quantity surveying and cost management methods.

• Must have knowledge of M & E from a commercial perspective
• Ideally will currently be at SQS level
• Must be happy to be based in Frankfurt on two week rotations
• Must have a full right to work in Europe
