Key Responsibilities

• To identify, design and deliver webinar and facetoface support activities to candidiates
• To review and evaluate all candidiate acivity
• Ensure all activity is recorded maintained via CE

Expected Outcomes

• Engage positively with Quality Assurance process
• Positive feedback and evaluation of webinars and facetoface events

Experience Desirable

• Experience in a customer facing environment
• Experience of identifying or establishing successful processes and procedures
• Experience of working under pressure
• Able to handle difficult people/situations in a professional, mature manner
• Experience of training delivery

Skills Required

• Must be fluent in German and English confident to present to clients in German, ideally native German spoken
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Competent business writing and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritise work daily to ensure team deadlines are met
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to influence and persuade others
• A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
