With its water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen, the company offers an innovative solution on an industrial scale for green value chains and an industry fueled by clean energy - a major step towards climate-neutrality.

Join our hydrogen team to build the first generation of commercial-scale green-hydrogen production plants in the world and kick-off the next major step in the de-carbonization of the economy focused on elimination of fossil fuels use in transportation and industry.

In this role you will be a vital part in developing our thyssenkrupp nucera organization & business.

You will be closely working together with the different departments & management, will get to know our business from different angles and will be working at the most pressing issues.

You will be able to help us define new ways of conducting our business while also improving our current processes & operations.

In this role, you will be at the center of laying the foundation for the coming decades of renewable hydrogen scale up and growth.

Your responsibilities:

Support overarching program management office activities
Support the setup and execution of dedicated workstreams/projects
Review of workstream/project status and definition of measures in case of deviations (asis vs. planned)
Operational involvement and support of dedicated workstreams/projects to ensure successful implementation
Derive pragmatic and solutionoriented approaches for workstreams/projects
Prepare and deliver presentations to different stakeholders
Work in close coordination with program management office team

Your profile:

You have completed your bachelor's degree or are in the process of completing your master's degree. You have shown great academic performance in your studies in business, natural sciences, or engineering
You have gained some initial practical experience. Former roles in project management or consulting are a plus
You have welldeveloped intercultural competencies due to your study or work experience abroad
You have excellent communication skills and can communicate professionally at all levels. English is a must and German a plus
You are able to quickly grasp complex & diverse topics across the functional spectrum of thyssenkrupp nucera
You have excellent analytical skills and are proactive in taking initiative
You are reliable and have a strong willingness to learn
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You are at least three, ideally six months available for an internship
