Are you a recent chemistry or engineering graduate/apprentice with a passion for solving technical challenges?Based in North Germany, the company provides analytical solutions for academia, pharma, chemicals, electronics, and many other industries.
Your scientific background with technical expertise in chemistry, physics, electronics, or a similar area will be invaluable in providing support for the clients in the area.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers across a diverse range of industries
- Collaborate closely with the European service team to ensure seamless operations.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot scientific laboratory instruments at customers' sites
- Enjoy the flexibility of a homebased role with regular travel (6070%) to customer sites
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or an equivalent relevant apprenticeship) in a scientific field, ideally chemistry, physics, materials science, or engineering
- Exposure and experience working with any type of laboratory instrumentation and equipment for materials characterisation
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
- Driving License
Working hours:36 hours per week/4 days a week
Location:
Home Office with up to 60-70% travel
Salary:50,000€ - 59,000€
Company car + fuel card provided
