Your role- Gather evidence on the feasibility of a high-resolution microscopy technique in medical endomicroscopy- Cooperate closely with experts in research and development from various ZEISS segments and utilize their knowledge and experience for your project- Develop and build a prototype- Work out a detailed concept for hardware and software and select suitable components (taking into account later transfer to mass production)
Profile:

Deep knowledge in optics, optoelectronics and image processing
Basic skills in suitable lab software and in programming
Ideally knowledge in CAD and interest in mechanical engineering and prototyping
A very autonomous way of working, frankness and skills for networking across organizations and locations
Full professional proficiency in English and German
