Being a Logistics Co - Ordinator at Mindray is a great opportunity to develop yourself in

the international environment. This position will be supporting the local

Operation Team

to deliver the best possible service.

Your responsibilities:


  • Support efficiently business activities in line with the logistic department workflow and process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with MRDE Business Unit/ Finance to accomplish different tasks of logistic department.
  • Participate to the management of the routine inboundoutbound from Mindray German office, including picking, packing, contact with forwarders, work in a timely and efficient way.
  • Receive goods from all suppliers, check the integrity and consistency of received goods and documents, move the received demo stock goods to warehouse for storage, to workshop for repairing, inform customer service for RMA (returned goods), inform related person about local purchase goods for sales order, inform administration for GGPO (General Purchase orders) etc.
  • Make sure all the receiving and delivery procedure are in compliance with company policies and guidelines, hand over the shipping documents to related departments or colleagues as per the correct procedure, record all inbound and outbound of goods movement.
  • Undertake the physical stock movements for all aspects of products in Mindray Germany, maintain the stock moving records accordingly inside SAP, close communication with service admin and workshop for spare parts picking list and stock movement for workshop repairing.
  • Handle in time (within 48h) the request from the field team and coordinate with sales/marketing, arrange the shipment of goods from BV to field.
  • Prepare correctly and timely the goods for exhibitions with sales/marketing.
  • Create the accounting document for monthly accessories/spare parts scrapping report.
  • Participate to rolling inventory and compare regularly the stock level inside SAP to physical counting to detect the difference and report to related managers. Participate to company inventory cycle counting and all related stock management activities, create related accounting document.
  • Participate to action plan of logistic zone and warehouse optimization.
  • Assist with logistic supervisor to maintain the stock data into SAP correctly.
  • Assist customer service to solve logistic issues, demo stock sales, transport issues/complaints, contact with forwarders to resolve the problem when necessary.
  • Conduct constructively the efficient and costeffective cooperation with external warehouse partner.
  • Provides backup to office and logistic issues when required.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Fresh University/College Graduation Student, or less than 2 years working experience
  • Education: Bachelor + 2/3 business school, university or biomedical education
  • Good management of sales and office tools. (SAP experience would be a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills interaction with local customer service but also with sales and marketing teams will be needed
  • Eagerness to learn about Mindray products and accessories
  • Experience and knowledge about medical device industry are a plus
  • Language: native German spoken and written; fluent English spoken and written,
