Requirements:
Your Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Develop and execute our marketing and branding vision and strategy in close collaboration with the German General Manager, Head of Customer Acquisition, and various company stakeholders with relevant expertise.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the customer segments we serve.
- Translate strategic goals into ambitious OKRs for your team.
- Take ownership of the 6digit monthly marketing budget; demonstrate incrementality and positive ROI on spend.
- Provide regular reports on marketing spend, commercial performance, and other initiatives to the wider company.
- Drive improvements to our qualified lead framework, attribution model, etc.
Team Management:
- Lead and guide a team of three highly motivated marketing professionals.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities, set expectations, and offer professional training and career development opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
- developing and implementing our SEO strategy, including content ideation and production, continuous improvement of our linking strategy, and overseeing website changes for enhanced performance.
- developing and executing our comprehensive newsletter and mail strategies by identifying the right target audiences, overseeing the creative process (content, design, assets), setting objectives and optimising performance.
- developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence and contributing to the drafting and publishing of engaging social media posts.
- developing, implementing, and optimising our paid social strategy in close cooperation with our media agency.
- overseeing the crafting of copies, reviewing and aligning branding across our marketing channels and driving the creation of compelling customer success stories and educational videos.
Our Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a team in a growth/scaleup environment.
- Resultsdriven cando attitude with a strong belief in personal ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highly dynamic environment.
- Native German speaker or high bilingual proficiency (C2).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to our brand's tone of voice
- Background in B2B marketing, particularly with a focus on SMEs.
- Professional experience in paid search and SEO.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a passion for data.
Nice-to-Have:
- Fintech/lending industry background.
- Professional experience in paid social and mail.
