WHAT WE A LOOKING FOR

An Associate Executive Creative Director for a once in a life-time opportunity: to lead the global launch of a new luxury sub-brand for BMW.

You will be responsible for the creative output and organising a team to turn a brand launch strategy into reality.

From branding, to owned channels, campaign and comms, all areas of the marketing mix need to be devised, built and launched to create clear positioning and desire for the exciting new vehicle range.


WHAT YOU DO

  • You will be responsible for positioning, brand presence, brand experience (experiential), brand messaging and Xchannel marketing to make the brand exciting and unmissable for the right audience.
  • You take a holistic view that includes process, planning, creative concepts, presentation, and implementation.
  • You will incorporate digital, social, editorial, PR, experiential and partnership ideas together to build a new communications approach.
  • You will elevate our campaign craft, with both the art directors, writers, and designers.
  • You will establish a brand signature style and guardian its consistency.
  • You will build our luxury campaign reputation.
  • You will set the new quality benchmark and elevate each of the creatives work to a better place.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You're an integrated campaign expert with a real passion for social, digital and modern marketing channel mix.
  • You must have proven experience as a Senior Creative Director or above.
  • You are experienced in the development of luxury brands and highnetworth audiences, ideally with an automotive background.
  • You may be particularly experienced in luxury markets such as China, the USA or the middle east market.
  • You are a strategic thinker, a persuasive presenter and a considerate listener.
  • You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of creative and wider agency teams at all levels.
