Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Based on company's strategy, construct a complete set of solutions for distributed photovoltaic business such as products, technology, business, and delivery
  • Responsible for the integration, formulation and standardization of solutions for various business scenarios
  • Provide consumer insights and competitive product analysis
  • Incharge of pricing strategy and price management, as well as monitoring distributed product line revenue and profit indicator monitoring
  • Planning of product line and product life cycle management
  • Formulate product market entry and gotomarket (GTM) promotion strategy
  • Present technical solutions and publicize related work for clients
  • Led the creation of product promotion materials and marketing tool kits, customizing to each EU market
  • Lead the team to lead the early technical clarification, scheme design, product integration, and later service plan planning and implementation;
  • Promote the front and back office teams of R&D, products, supply chain and sales to provide system support for project execution and solve various problems encountered in the process of business promotion
  • Excavate market demand, complete business consulting, customer demand analysis, scheme design, project management process design, etc., and guide customers to accept solution suggestions
  • Analyze voice of consumer and communicate to internal product development team for improvement
  • Present technical solutions and publicize related work for clients
  • Participate in the research, planning and reform of the company's regional market business model

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in technology, product marketing, service, engineering management and other related management positions in largescale head manufacturing enterprises
  • Experience in inverter, box transformer, photovoltaic module, power station communication, energy storage industry is preferred
  • Deep understanding on PV ingot/wafer/cell/module manufacturing technology, with knowledge on system integration basics is preferred
  • Have a global vision and international market background,
  • Proficient in English and other European languages are a plus
  • Science or engineering degree or above, more than 10 years working experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and confident in sharing technical/ marketing speech in public conferences and trade shows.
  • Strong collaboration skills, good at crossdepartmental cooperation and collaboration
  • Able to withstand strong working pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and can adapt to business trips at home and abroad

Salary: 100,000.00€ - 150,000.00€ per year
