Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the commercial department, including ACC & CONT.
You will ensure the process flow in accounting, prepare business plan, budget and forecast, ensure financial stability and organize financing rounds
You are the budget manager for human resources (new hires, compensation arrangements)
You create and manage administrative matters around the office
You select partners to drive the commercial department forward
You ensure the flow of information about the stability and performance of the company
You organize the financing round and are responsible for the internal information flow
You are responsible for due diligence and take an interest in investor relations

Your Qualification
You have +7 years of professional experience, with real estate experience being an advantage
You have knowledge of the relevant accounting standards according to IRFS and HGB
You have good Excel and Google skills as well as Datev and BI tools
You show interest in financing and sustainable investments
You have startup experience and a degree in the commercial field
Your German and English are fluent
