This role will report into the Cluster Head of Ocean and is an active member of the cluster's Ocean Management Team.

On top the role shall interface actively with the Regional Head of Intercontinental Supply Chain (functional reporting line) and the regional ISC team.

This leadership role owns the overall responsibility of the ISC development and retention for the cluster. The ISC product portfolio evolves around Order Management and Freight Management for air and (predominantly) ocean freight.

Responsibilities:

Lead Cluster ISCteam
Customer focus and collaboration with Key Account Management / Sales
Drive solutionbased business development
Execute ISC program management and ensure operational excellence
Execute and support regional ISC strategy

To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/display the following key skills/ attributes:

Relevant experience in Order Management & Freight Management is a must
Systems & processes knowhow for Order Management and Freight Management. Experience with InforNexus or similar software is a plus
Leadership skills and ability to define and execute a company strategy
Change management and project management skills
University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Management or similar
Relevant experience in business development for order management and freight management in international ocean freight
Understanding of operational implications and customer value of order management solutions
International work experience and exceptional English skills
Confident presentation skills (or a willingness to develop these skills)
Analytical skills and structured approach
Independent and able to steer and make logic decisions
Team spirit
Willingness to travel
