Job Description:

Working with our team of experts in Stuttgart and around the globe, you will strengthen the embedded Platform SW development team and develop highly efficient processes with and for the engineering team.

As an Engineering process expert for AUTOSAR Adaptive you will be responsible for:

Compliance: You review the existing process framework against internal and external norms/standards

Project Management: You plan improvement activities together with Autosar Adaptive leadership team

Leadership: You develop or improve required processes together with process team

Training: You rollout the new process landscape and train the SW development team in all ETAS-VOS locations

Communication: You support and participate in internal and external audits and assessments and coordinate our international engineering team

Qualifications:

You have a Bachelor or higher degree in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
You worked for at least five years in the area of SW Engineering
You have experience working with safetyrelated and securityrelated software and/or personal experience of delivering software to ISO26262 and/or ISO/SAE 2143
You have experience in trainings and moderation of workshops
You have experience working in an international team with diverse cultures
You understand and enjoy the challenge of fulfilling formal documentation requirements while also supporting the business goals in a pragmatic way
Additionally knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform and/or experience in complex embedded SW solutions involving multiple 3rd party stacks and experience with cloud based development are beneficial
Written and spoken communication in both German and English is needed
