Your mission:

You are free to build your own 100-day plan - this is our current suggestion.


Phase 1:

  • Manage incoming calls, identifying and nurturing promising leads towards either standard onboarding or customized solutions.

Phase 2:

  • Refine our Inbound Sales Process in consultation with the General Manager.
  • Reassess and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales efficiency.
  • Suggest process and software enhancements to streamline sales activities.

Phase 3:

  • Formulate an Outbound Sales Strategy targeting specific markets and customer groups.
  • Actively engage with potential clients in identified sectors.

Phase 4:

  • Scale up our sales operations.
  • Develop comprehensive guidelines for both Inbound and Outbound Calls.
  • Plan and initiate the expansion of the sales team.

Your profile:


  • Strong grasp of Machine Building and Software Development terminologies, through education or experience.
  • Proven ability in structuring Sales Processes and Teams, with a preference for practical experience.
  • Fluent in English and German (businessfluent); additional languages are a plus.
