Our client is a well-established and very successful Affiliate Marketing company.This is a perfect role for a motivated and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks German in a very dynamic and international team.
You will be the first point of contact for any recruitment related matters with the applicants, our external recruitment partners as well as hiring leads.
You will be also attending different networking events and helping with employer branding.Requirements:
- Preparing recruitment materials, keeping our career page updated, posting and advertising open positions on all relevant channels
- Establishing new recruitmentrelated platforms to advertise and/or search for talents
- Conducting initial interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Constantly implementing and improving our recruitment strategy
- Assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Promoting the company's reputation by acting as an applicant's first point of contact
- Working together with department hiring leads by supporting them throughout the entire recruitment process
Requirements:
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- Experience recruiting for tech roles
- Previous experience in maintaining high standards when recruiting talent
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews for different seniority levels
- Experience with various selection processes
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German languages
