- Als Transportation Manager:in bist Du verantwortlich für die reibungslose Abwicklung von Import- und Exportaktivitäten
- Dabei stellst Du mithilfe von Dokumentenerstellung und einer ordnungsgemäßen Zollabwicklung sicher, dass Exportkontrollvorschriften eingehalten werden
- Du koordinierst Logistikabläufe bezüglich unterschiedlicher Transportarten wie Land-, Luft- und Seetransporten. Außerdem verwaltest Du Kurier-, Express- und Paketdienste
- Außerdem bist Du zuständig für die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Schadensfällen. Du untersuchst die Beschwerden und entwickelst Lösungen um ähnliche Vorfälle zu vermeiden
- Du baust Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese, damit eine zuverlässige und effiziente Logistikabwicklung sichergestellt werden kann
- Du hast ein abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Speditions- oder Außenhandelskaufmann zudem konntest Du bereits wertvolle Berufserfahrungen sammeln
- Du verfügst über ein umfassendes Wissen im Bereich Import/Export, Zollabwicklungen, Transportabwicklung und Lagerlogistik
- Mithilfe einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einer Hands-on Mentalität findest Du pragmatische Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit MS-Office-Produkten, SAP und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

Über die Rolle
Die Rolle des/der Transportation Manager:in spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei allen Import/ Export- Abwicklungen. Unser Partnerunternehmen versendet jährlich über 15 Millionen Artikel europaweit, weshalb diese neu geschaffene Position eine Schlüsselrolle im operativen Betrieb des Unternehmens spielt. Du arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistikteam und stellst eine reibungslose Transportabwicklung sicher. Die Position bietet Dir die spannende Aufgabe, dazu beizutragen, den Transport der Artikel effizient, kosteneffektiv und zuverlässig zu gestalten.
