What you will do

  • Independent experimental design, execution and evaluation, including sample preparation and cataloging
  • Measurement of capacitance, leakage current, hysteresis and pyroelectric coefficients
  • Testing and improvement of the experimental setup for the determination of the pyroelectric variable

What you bring to the table

  • Masters or diploma program in solid state physics, material science, semiconductor technology or electrical engineering
  • Experience in the characterization of microelectronic components
  • High level of commitment, reliability and a independent working style
  • Passion for technological topic, being not afraid of asking questions and the ability to contribute to a team
  • Good German or English communication skills, both written and spoken
