G+D Group Services GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of Giesecke+Devrient GmbH.

With approximately 250 employees, overarching tasks such as IT services, process management and business services are standardized and efficiently provided and further developed for the G+D Group.

For our Corporate Solutions department we are looking for a Business Process Expert HR (M/F/d) full-time with immediate effect:


Your responsibilities:


  • You design and optimize process solutions in the field of HR especially in Success Factors moduls and SAP HCM
  • You are responsible for detailing & reviewing business requirements and creating epics, features and user stories accordingly
  • You support the business case creation to prove company value of business process activities
  • You create solution proposals (Functional Specification document including data concept) and align them with the respective IT functions and further parties (e.g. Solution Architect team)
  • You advise the Business Process Leas & Business Process Manager on any deviations from the plan and you recommend corrective actions
  • You drive and facilitate the Key User community in the area of HR
  • You define global G+Dbusiness processes in the field of HR
  • You support the development of test cases, you prepare test requirements and you participate in the testing

Your profile:


  • More than 3 years of experience in the field of HR processes
  • Deep knowhow in Success Factors incl. Employee Central and SAP HCM
  • Integrated system and process knowledge
  • Strong understanding of processes and data structures
  • Strong communication skills (with IT as well as with Business)
  • Selforganized, openminded and proactive
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German is appreciated
