What you will enjoy doing

  • In this position you will be drafting, review ongoing and update companywide compliance policies, adopted as a part of the Compliance Program, including working with the Regional Business Units (RBUs) on local implementation as required
  • You will be leading compliance training sessions and communication plans, as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer
  • Furthermore, you will work closely together with Internal Audit on conduct of investigations relating to integrity allegations, with respect to recommended actions and follow up with RBUs on consequence management and follow up actions
  • In addition to that you will be travelling to segments, primarily Americas and APAC, as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer to (i) drive compliance communication and training initiatives, and (ii) provide compliance leadership in countries or locations requiring compliance support
  • In collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer you will prepare periodic reports and legal analysis which may be used to support compliance review boards globally
  • You will attend compliance review board meetings as may be required and conduct regulatory and compliance risk assessments on an ongoing basis

  • You possess a Master's degree in Law and have already gained several years of experience in the compliance environment with significant experience working in a multinational company
  • You work solutionorientated, are a quick learner, a team player and show a candoattitude
  • You are experienced in project management, have excellent judgment and the ability to assess risk
  • In addition to that you show high motivation and initiative, the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Strong analytical skills, an understanding of business contexts, an independent, meticulous approach to work as well as networking capability and strength in partnership building complete your profile
  • You have the ability to deal with sensitive and highly confidential issues, you have a proven record of managerial courage and the capability to take and defend unpopular position
  • Your written and verbal English language skills are superior, German and or another language is welcome
