Your Team:

The European Importer Regional Office based in Kronberg is a growing and very dynamic team looking after 20 importers and 32 markets including Nordics, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Ireland.

To support our international and pioneering Marketing Team for a September / October 2023 start we are looking for a

Trainee Marketing (f/m/d)

(duration of 24 months)

Your Tasks:

Support the Marketing team in daily operations
Reviewing and distributing pricing materials to the EIR markets
Conducting product related importer surveys
Supporting launch planning management
Maintenance of product marketing share point
Monitoring marketing budget, continuous tracking, and budget alignment with the finance team
Contribute to the quarterly marketing and sales planning process with markets, ensuring timely & qualitative input from the teams and alignment amongst internal Marketing and Sales teams.
Support of our Regional Marketing Managers in order to maximise efficiency at Importer level
Contribute to improve alignment across all Marketing mix activities to optimise 360° OEP approach
Support optimization of Marketing KPIs reporting
Independent administrative support of new car launch events, inc. Plug in Hybrids & Electric cars

Your Profile:

University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management or a similar field
Excellent command of English
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
Ability to effectively complete tasks, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
Sensitivity to confidential matters
High cultural tolerance and awareness
Affinity with the Automotive industry

Your benefits will include 30 days' holiday entitlement, flexible work time with 37 hours/week, gym and canteen allowance.
