Management of the technical documentation activities of the entire TOMRA product portfolio over the product lifecycle and leading a dedicated team that takes on every challenge.
- Technical and disciplinary management responsibility for Technical Documentation Team (5 Recycling / 3 Mining)
- Budget responsibility
- Development and implementation of technical documentation projects.
- Defining of writing and layout standards and quality control.
- Proofreading of technical documents like user manuals, Preinstallation manuals, Service Information, technical Data sheets, etc.)
- Defining and reviewing of the supplier documentation.
- Implementation of different certificates according to EU-Guidelines and standards
- Administrating the Technical Documentation Wiki on SharePoint
- Close collaboration with external agencies like translation agency and print offices.
- Organizing, coordinating and following up different assessments and measurements (sound level measurements, EMC measurements, FDA, Polish
- Responsible for the proper and legally compliant provision of technical documentation.
- Degree in Technical Communication / Multimedia Communication, or similar.
- At least 5 years professional experience in a similar position.
- Ability to understand and analyse technical issues and convey them targetgroup oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of Machinery Directive, EUguidelines and relevant standards
- Experience in risk assessment and product risk management
- High level of written and spoken English and German
- Second foreign language (e.g. Spanish or French)
- Be flexible, open minded, and show good team spirit in your daily job.
- Analytical and full of initiative
- Affinity to networking and relationship building.
