About the role:

For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d) to act on their new site in Munich.

You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site.

You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
You provide internal and external direct support for a defined customer base by managing samples, recalls and returns
You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
You are in charge to monitor the account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement

We are looking for:

2 years experience within a Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
Experience with CRM System SAP RA3 (Customer-RelationshipManagement-System)
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Very good English (C1)
Highly customer

- and team-oriented approach/mindset and strong communication skills
