Your responsibilities as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (f/m/d):

  • As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (f/m/d) for Sustainability / ESG, you will accompany our team on the way to developing solutions in a targeted, efficient and customer-oriented manner
  • for this, you will act as a facilitator, coach, organiser and method expert. At Catena-X, the data ecosystem of the automotive industry, you will support the working groups in the area of sustainability solutions in a team of experienced Scrum Masters and thus actively shape the transformation of the German automotive industry.
  • Take on the role of Scrum Master (f/m/d) for the Sustainability workstream in the Catena-X project.
  • Close cooperation and coordination at programme level with the business owners, other workstreams and their Scrum Masters.
  • Organisation and moderation of team and programme events such as sprint and increment planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinements.
  • Support SupplyOn product development for sustainability solutions.
  • Active codesign and further development of agile methods at SupplyOn (SAFe, Scrum).

What sets you apart as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (f/m/d):

  • Finished education or degree in an IT-related field, e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, business studies) or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in agile IT projects, ideally with Scrum or SAFe or in project management.
  • Certification is preferred (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Ability to move confidently in a larger project environment.
  • Enjoy moderation, coaching and team development.

We would like to get to know you comprehensively and therefore 2 to 3 interviews with your future colleagues will take place.
