In your new role, you will:

Take over global
responsibility for the Supply Chain Management of one of our Business Lines
operational leadership, strategy development and execution
consisting of Demand-Supply Management, Inventory Management, Product Ramp up and EOL management

Lead a multi-cultural, worldwide team:

Contribute to
division level supply chain strategy and defines in accordance the business line supply chain strategy
Manages Supply Chain through the different business cycles.

Define and monitor leading
indicators for
business cycle management ,
propose appropriate measures to the IPC business board and
achieve defined targets by the Board:

Lead and participate in
projects in the area of supply chain digitalization:
Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
Assure that our
Infineon Values and Company Objectives are implemented and established

You always keep the bigger picture in mind and are able to take fast decisions despite uncertain circumstances. With your independent working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality.

You are aware of the strengths, need for development and motivational drivers of your team and deploy them according their competences within your team.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

A degree in
Engineering or
Business Administration:

-
At least 10 years of professional experience operations
, supply chain management **, ideally in semiconductor industry
-
Excellent leadership, communication and
change management skills - proven by at least
5 years of experience in leading people and organizations in a global, multicultural Company

Broad
knowhow in logistics, capacity/inventory/demand management and analytics:
The ability to
keep focused on your priorities even in challenging times
Fluent
English and
German language skills
